We are moving to a new office! While this won’t change how we operate day to day, we want to reassure our customers about what to expect during this transition and highlight the benefits that come with a fresh new space.

The simple truth is that very little will change, which is exactly how it should be. Your usual contacts remain the same, and all support channels, communications and ongoing projects will continue without interruption. We have planned the move carefully to ensure the high level of service you rely on stays consistent.

While this move does not introduce any operational shifts, it does give us room to grow. A larger, more flexible office allows us to strengthen our support functions, improve meeting and training areas and prepare for future team expansion as ARCTIKO continues to grow across the UK and EU.

This relocation also brings Praxas and Lascar Electronics together on the same site, forming a new European CIMSENSE Life Science Hub. Bringing these companies into one location strengthens collaboration across the group’s leading life science brands and enables us to align more closely as we work towards shared growth objectives. Our dedicated EU team will remain in Denmark, continuing to provide seamless support for customers across mainland Europe without any changes to process, service or response times.
