ABOUT THE POSITION
As an employee in our service team, you participate in the daily routines around service and customer support. We take great pride in the fact that our customers receive fast and professional support, some days can be hectic – others less hectic. There may be several educational and experience-based approaches to the job, we have therefore not settled on a specific background, however we expect technical flair and curiosity.
YOUR PRIMARY TASKS WILL BE
- Daily customer support (99% of external communication takes place in English).
- Registration and handling of complaints.
- Diagnosing and remedying errors on products.
- Sale of spare parts, offers and order processing, including packing and shipping.
- Maintenance of service documentation, service instructions, service web etc.
- Training of technicians, internally in Esbjerg or at the customer.
- Sparring partner for other departments in the house, including input for development.
- Any small repairs.
- Minor travel activity for customer and service visits is to be expected.
WE EXPECT
- You want to give our customers a good experience when they need technical support.
- You can communicate effortlessly in written and spoken English.
- You have an interest in technology and possess commercial understanding, preferably with a refrigeration technology or other technically relevant background.
- You are structured and service minded.
- You are flexible and driven with a positive outlook on life, good collaboration skills and the desire to make a difference.
- You have IT knowledge at a good user level.
